Refund policy
When purchasing & completing an order with Buffalo Betty's Boutique - By Clicking "I Agree To Terms & Conditions" at checkout. Buyer agrees, they accept, understand, & have read and are in agreeance to the policy listed below, which includes items that are Markdowns, Return policy & return time frames.
BUFFALO BETTY'S BOUTIQUE RETURN POLICY:
- Returns will be for store credit only.
- Clothing can be returned within 10 days of receiving. (Example: If received the 1st needs to be in the mail by the 10th.)
- NO RETURNS on jewelry, accessories or markdown items.
- Item(s) will only be accepted with tags on, non washed or worn. If received & has been washed or worn it will not be accepted. Items returned, are returned at buyers cost.
- No EXCHANGES.
- Inventory flows fast, and items may not be in stock for exchange. If you want a different size please purchase as it will not be held. We will not refund initial purchase it will be treated as a return.
- Store credit will be issued within 48 hours of RECEIVING returned items that have tags on and are non washed or worn.
- Store credit will be issued to you using a discount code sent to the email in your customer account so please make sure you have an account with an email listed.
BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND PAYING FOR INSURANCE.
(Item must be returned in condition it has left, if damaged buyer is responsible.)
